I had an amazing experience at this location. RN Rose and Dr. Ivan were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Never once did I feel like I wasn't being heard, or felt rushed which is rare these days. They listened to all of my concerns and determined proper steps to address them. I'm grateful to have come here and I will making this location my main primary care site.

Visited twice - first was for a physical which was unremarkable beyond a longer than expected wait time to see a provider. Second time I was greeted with a minor but unexpected balance from my first visit. I wouldn't be able to be seen until it was cleared. However, tl;dr the receptionist was unable to explain what it was for. After review of an invoice printed without explanation I noted that there were $100+ of basic labs on the invoice that were billed to my insurer despite them not being completed (something was botched either by the lab or at Total Mens). Receptionist flat out didn't believe me and said it wasn't in my notes. He of course then reviewed then actually reviewed TM's communication with me and found that the above had occurred. Unable to explain what the balance was for and why I was billed for tests not completed (receptionist asked why I didn't come back and do them for free???) I was given a 512 number on a yellow post-it note to call for their billing. No one has picked up at the 512 #...

My appointment was easy to make and I was taken before my appointment time. Easy interaction with staff and all members seem to truly care about your health needs. Follow up appointment was early scheduled with multiple times available. I highly recommend Total Men’s Primary Care.

Visit today was great. The medical assistant, Rose, was super sweet and made me feel at ease. The provider I saw was also great! I was in and out in less than an hour (even as a new patient!) and was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment window. I'll be going back for my annuals!
