An editorially independent directory built so the guy who needs TRT can see every real option in his city - not just the three clinics with the biggest ad budgets.
Reviews and rankings are written independently. Sponsored placements, when present, are clearly marked and don't influence the rest of the directory.
Coverage from day one - every state, Washington, DC, most major metros, and hundreds of smaller cities.
Each listing is classified as primary-TRT or TRT-offering before inclusion. General-practice offices don't dilute the directory.
How we catalog clinics
Clinic data is compiled from several public sources and cross-referenced so no legitimate clinic gets missed:
- Google Places - searches for TRT, HRT, peptide, BHRT, andropause, and hormone-optimization keywords across every state and a curated list of metros.
- National chain directories - Gameday Men's Health, Low T Center / SynergenX, Renew Vitality, Restore Hyper Wellness, Serotonin Centers. Pulled directly from each brand's location pages so nothing gets missed.
- Biote certified-provider network - the largest BHRT certification program in the US. Listed as a certification badge on existing clinics; new entries only when the provider is a standalone clinic.
Every candidate clinic is then classified by an AI model as primary TRT, offers TRT, or unrelated. Only the first two show up in the public directory.
What we don't do
- Sell leads to clinics.
- Let sponsorships influence reviews or organic rankings.
- Write fake reviews. Rating data comes straight from Google.
- Give medical advice. The guides on this site are informational only.
Spot an error?
If a clinic's info is wrong, outdated, or if a clinic should not be listed, we want to know. Email corrections and we'll fix them in the next data refresh. Same for clinics we're missing - if you own or work at a clinic that isn't here, we'll add it after verification.
How we research and write
Our guides and news are built from peer-reviewed research and public sources, with every research article linking to its primary study. We summarize accurately, flag limitations, and never invent data or give medical advice. Read the full editorial standards and sourcing methodology.
