It was a good experience. Was in at my scheduled appointment time and the nurse brought me into the exam room within 5 minutes. The front counter clerk was upbeat and positive, as was the nurse who spoke with me to get a better understanding of the issue i was having. The doctor who came in to look into my ailment was extremely straight forward, not very personable but i am sure she was busy and had a lot going on. She very quickly took a look and reccomended a solution. I didnt feel as though she handled the situation with very much care but again she could have had a lot on her mind and she doesnt get paid for being personable or friendly, she gets paid for doing her job and diagnosing patients. I am the type of person who loves to have a better understanding which i felt was a little lacking. Overrall I would reccomend to anyone that has any type of minor medical issues going on. The entire visit took a total of 35 minutes, which was nice but left me wondering if this was standard in regards to the issue i had or if they wanted to get through appointments as fast as possible. I wouldnt give them anything less than 5 stars because they did their job with extreme efficiency, which on top of everything else I can definitely appreciate.

I had a really good first experience here and the service was excellent! My doctor was also very attentive and was able to help me figure out a solution for my problem. The clinic was also very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this doctor office!

Wonderful experience at Total Men’s primary-Arbor trails. They sent be a link to do all paperwork beforehand so I barely had any wait at all. The PA was thorough and answered all my questions. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

Filled out my registration forms before my appointment. I got there exactly at my appointment time and was seen immediately. Courteous staff and I took care of my annual physical in no time. Smooth process and Saturday appointments makes it very convenient as well.

The provider at the Austin Location William Cannon Dr was so kind, understanding and a ray of sunshine. She listened to all my concerns and helped me get the tests I needed.
