I joined in March 2025 and was hoping to have a great experience and to dig deeper into my current health status and goals. I’m happy to say I got what I was looking for and more. My doctor heard me, and together, we are finding answers to questions I’ve had for a while. I have more information now and more targeted steps to reach healthy goals. The service level is unmatched, from the front desk staff to the medical and clinical support team. They know your name here and have created a calm, positive environment that elevates the experience further. It costs a bit to join, but the service and access I get from everyone is worth it.

My wife signed up with this company last year. She has since had MULTIPLE appointments where the physician was very late to the meeting (including one where the individual just “forgot”). She had to switch once because her doctor left the practice, which happens. She was then paired with the aforementioned person who has issues with time management skills. She asked for another doctor and did receive one, who she liked but that point we were fed up with the poor communication by the office, so wife decided to cancel her membership and find another practice. Since then multiple messages have been left asking to not renew and to talk to the membership services to confirm. Weeks have went by with no response to any request. Today she was charged for another year of membership. If you value your money, time, and wellness, I would stay far away from this practice.

Staff are very friendly and professional. I feel I am getting exceptional care for specific issues. Dr. Dickerson is an excellent physician with a focus on not just treating problems, but addressing your overall wellness to keep you healthy.
