I can’t recommend Rachel and Root & Ritual Functional Medicine highly enough. From my very first visit, I felt seen, heard, and truly cared for. Rachel takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to health and healing—she doesn’t just treat symptoms, she works to get to the root cause (true to the name!). Her deep knowledge of functional medicine, combined with her compassionate and grounded presence, makes every appointment feel empowering. I had been suffering from growing fatigue, chronic sinus issues, digestion/gut issues for many years and things were only getting worse. Rachel listened to everything and put me on the right path immediately. I am so glad I found her. I am much better now and most of my symptoms are gone after only a few months. I am excited to see what the next few months bring. I highly recommend Rachel if you are looking for a functional medicine professional!

Rachel with Root and Ritual helped when it seemed no primary provider could or would explore the causes of my extreme fatigue. Her services are paid out-of-pocket, but worth the cost to access individualized labs and consultations to rebuild personal health. I learned a lot about my needs, nutrition, and life balance.

You will not find a more compassionate and dedicated provider than Rachel. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains her recommendations so you can actually make informed decisions. Rachel has supported us and empowered us to to find treatments for our daughter's health conditions that several other specialists were unable or unwilling to do. We are truly thankful we found Root & Ritual.

I decided to join Root and Ritual after spending years being gaslit by medical professionals. I had a few friends with autoimmune issues who found great success with functional medicine. A friend of mine locally recommended Root and Ritual. Before coming to this program I had little faith I would ever feel good again. I was tired, in chronic pain and had constant brain fog. After extensive testing, Rachel was able to find the root cause of my symptoms and with the help of her expertise knowledge and my commitment to the program, I am feeling back to myself, clear headed, energetic and my chronic pain (headaches, migraines, stomach aches and stiffness) are gone! I am able to show up in my life again, I am back at work, keeping up in my family life, sleeping soundly and back at the gym! All things that my symptoms had stolen from me for years. Rachel and Yana helped me understand how small changes in the way I fed myself, handle stress and move my body will help propel me forward. I am eating balanced meals, sitting down to eat, and no longer crave sugary or crunchy foods like I did before. My digestion and nutrition is better than ever and it has contributed to allowing me to have the proper energy to get through my day and thrive! Rachel takes the time to get to know you, and your whole medical picture. She was able to go through my history and pretty quickly pinpoint where things in my charts and labs correlate. She always gets right back to me when I have a question and has fostered such a sense of community with her weekly support groups and social app. Yana has helped me so much in learning how to feed myself to get better and thrive, all the while being conscious of my history with yoyo dieting. Her method is never about taking away, rather she focuses on adding certain foods that have made it easy to crowd my plate and I no longer crave the things that helped contribute to my poor health. Definitely do yourself a favor and schedule a discovery call with her, you owe it to yourself to feel better.
