Dr. Dishman asks thoughtful questions, explains the “why” behind what’s happening, and approaches health in a way that feels collaborative rather than transactional. She helped me see patterns I hadn’t connected before and how stress, hormones, sleep, and digestion were all influencing each other. What stands out most is her balance of clinical knowledge and genuine presence. I felt taken seriously. I felt informed. And most importantly, I felt hopeful. Dr. Dishman is the best! I went to Dr. Dishman hoping to find the root cause of unexplained infertility. She listened to everything I had to share with compassion and dove into testing to try and find out what might be going on. Dr. Dishman then created a plan for me based on my test results, and I ended up conceiving naturally which I did not think was possible. I feel like I have the best support and health advocate in my corner with Dr. Dishman and can't thank her enough for the life-changing work she does!

Dr. Dishman is more than a doctor - she's become a spiritual advisor, mentor, coach and confidante. I have started my sessions on the brink of tears from overwhelm, exhaustion and stress --> and ended my sessions with insights and calm. I am so grateful that I have Dr. Dishman in my life.

My husband began as a patient of Dr. Dishman's in 2010. His cholesterol and general health was way out of the normal, healthy range. He had IBS symptoms and deep vein pain in his legs when walking for any distance. His seasonal and pet allergies were out of control. At 36 years of age, he faced the choice of being put on a multitude of drugs from his primary care physician, or, as he described it, taking his body into his own hands and getting down to the business of truly becoming healthy. After one visit with Dr. Dishman his life was changed. She prescribed an anti-inflammatory diet and ordered blood tests. His blood work revealed sensitivities to a multitude of foods. He cut them out of his diet and began to feel better immediately. He lost over 20 pounds, his blood lipid panel came back fantastic, and he was no longer even allergic to cats! Needless to say, I had to see what Dr. Dishman could do for me. I didn't have as many health complaints, but what I have learned from her has also changed the way that I eat and care for by health. I feel better at 42 than I did in my 20s! Finally, my youngest daughter is also a patient of Dr. Dishman's; she is a 10 year old who suffered from high cholesterol and IBS symptoms. Thanks to Dr. Dishman, after 1 month of treatment, she feels absolutely wonderful! Our family is now so happy and healthy!
