Tried going with OMC Bend after seeing Free T screening before 10am. After Emailing with OMC about out of pocket monthly costs. I decided the $250-$300 monthly price range was acceptable. Went in on a Monday at 930am. Was turned away for not being early enough. No problem. Came back the next day and had a blood draw. Was told they would call me with the results on Thursday. Finally on Monday I decided I would contact them to see if they had the results. They did so I setup a consultation meeting the next day. When I arrived and said I would be paying out of pocket. She said didn't matter what was prices were discussed in an email. The cost for another blood draw and consultation was $580 plus. I asked can we just have a consultation based on the blood draw I already had. Nope need to have another one done. I pulled out $530 cash. She said sorry not enough and we only take card. So in summary. The free T screening means absolutely nothing. It's not walk ins before 10am. The info they get from the free blood draw means nothing. They don't accept cash. If you are like me and are contemplating going with an at home online TRT program. Do it do not go with OMC.

Worst experience I have had in a while anywhere. First visit the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable and was rude I shrugged it off maybe she was having a bad day. The second time I went in the receptionist made me feel so uncomfortable I actually canceled the appointment right there keep in mind I took time off work and drove 45 minutes to get to the clinic and it was so bad it was worth just going back to work and taking my chances on calling my health insurance provider and have them give me other clinics that can do the same thing without treating their patience like trash. I highly recommend not even trying this place feels shady and like they are just trying to rip you off and make you feel really uncomfortable is this what an abortion clinic feels like idk but turning 40 sucks. I should have read the reviews before trying this place and I’ll save you the time and humiliation that I am only assuming is a common theme there.

PA Joel is fantastic! He listens, has patience and is so very knowledgeable! My father is 82, and needed some support with his testosterone. My father's remarked "I really like how Joel listen and explained everything for me." PA Joel, gives you all the options for what fits for you! Thank you OMC we 100% recommend!

Very nice people. The phlebotomist was gentle and professional. Probably the easiest blood draw I’ve ever had. I thought it would be a sales thing or push me on medications or testosterone but it was the exact opposite. They went over my blood tests and explained everything to me in detail and gave their recommendations and that was it. I felt very comfortable and am doing therapy with them. I was referred by a friend and I will be more than happy to refer someone to this place. Super nice people.

I have been visiting weekly for over 9 months. Very accommodating staff. Easy to communicate and work with. Each person has been professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.
