I started with Modern Endocrine in Nov 2025 with a few issues... constipation, bloating, fatigue, brain fog...and as of the end of Feb 2026..life is much better. The team has helped me understand my gut and just how important what you eat is! Fiber is now my friend.And from a non veggie person, this has greatly helped me understand me. Sarah is wonderful! Using Facebook with videos she reminds you every week that I can do this. You don't need to be perfect just be intentionally about what you eat and why. Dr Cassie has helped teach me and many from her podcast and Facebook posts. I would highly recommend Modern Endocrine to any one who has gut issues. Dr. Cassie and her staff at Modern Endocrine have helped me change my overall health. With Dr. Cassie’s guidance, my thyroid and hormones are under control and I feel SO much better. Not only have I lost weight, but I also have improved energy and sleep. Sarah and Dustin have been instrumental in getting my gut health in check. The inflammation in my body has lessened considerably but I am still a work in progress. Allen and the ladies at the front desk are extremely courteous and attentive to all of my scheduling and supplement needs. Thank you, Modern Endocrine!

Very disorganized practice. I pressed 2 to get refills, and the young woman lied twice about the status of my refill. She didn't do any investigation. I had ordered through a mail order pharmacy and it was taking more than two weeks to get the refill. The doctor should tell patients about the delay. When I called the third time, I was able to talk to the PA and he called in the prescription locally. However it was wrong because the nurse didn't write down the new strength that the doctor ordered. It will be nearly impossible to get this corrected, so I'm going to take the old strength. I cancelled my next appointment (at least, I left a message because it's impossible to contact the front desk) and will have Optimal Health handle my medication. Should have done that in the first have place.

I’m about 4 months into the Gut Health Accelerator program at Modern Endocrine, and it has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I had been struggling with digestion issues for about a year and tried so many different things without lasting results. This program is what finally helped me start feeling better. The GI-MAP test was incredibly informative, and reviewing the results with Sara made a huge difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand what was actually going on and how to address it. The personalized, structured plan along with the monthly check-ins has been key in keeping me consistent and on track.
