Dr. Rand may be the best kept secret in medicine. I started his program a year ago after experiencing severe weight-gain, extremely low energy, lack of motivation and profound signs of aging beyond my years (I was 46 at the time). Nothing helped. Not hitting the gym religiously, not a flawless diet, not a single medical or alternative doctor. Nothing. I was ready to give up. On everything. Then I had the luck of stumbling across Healthy Aging Centers from a cursory Google Search and the reviews convinced me to give them a try. After a simple blood test Dr. Rand & his nutritionist Dave were able to diagnose my issues in ways no other practitioner had before. I was placed on hormone therapy and a new diet & supplement routine, and within weeks everything was getting better. My mood, energy, workout & diet results, motivation & even success at work all turned around for the better. But here’s the thing. It all kept getting better & better. People started to really notice. Plus, my blood test results kept improving dramatically each time & after a year I am back to the body weight & energy levels I had in my 20’s. No bull. Best part of all, I experienced ZERO side effects & my outlook on life has done a complete 180 degree turn. I realize this review may sound too good to be true. I promise you it is not. It baffles me that such approaches to battling aging aren’t more widely available. Perhaps there’s some truth to the medical industry wanting to keep patients on the sicker side. But I can’t recommend Healthy Aging Centers highly enough. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Rand & the entire staff. They have tons of ways to help and all of them have worked wonders for me. Seriously. If I could offer you readers my email to verify this review, I would. If you want to live with the vitality you once knew as a young person, or have any hormonal issues whatsoever, give this office a shot. They’re the absolute best.

When I came to see Dr Rand and Healthy Aging I had the typical issues of a 58year old man. Needless to say after 6 months on his program my diabetes has reversed and I lost body fat and gained muscle . He truly cares about his patients health and goes above and beyond any other doctor worked with. His staff is friendly and personable and I’m so happy to be have found him and be his patient. He cares about my overall health and asked me to check in weekly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rand’s for many years . He is unmatched when it comes to focusing on the needs of the aging. His professionalism and bed side manner are second to none. He is kind, patient, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He helps me feel my best and I know I am in good hands when he walks into the room. He doesn’t just care about resolving my symptoms, he cares about me as a person. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The care provided by Dr. Rand, has been unparalleled. I originally went into the office with a series of ailments stemming from years of stress on the body and time in the military. Dr. Rand was able to get me on the correct program where I have felt better than I've ever experienced. I do not have to take majority of the medications I was on prior and my energy levels are through the roof. From my sleep to stress to physical appearance I have to give credit to Dr. Rand and his office. I go in feeling confident he has my best interest at heart and he will monitor my health needs. I recommend anyone to go in and enjoy the benefits I have been provided.

I am so happy I took the leap to start seeing Dr Rand, Dave, and everyone in their practice. After years of feeling like my health and mood were deteriorating despite all my best efforts, and concerned that my only option was to get on tons of meds like so many middle aged men I know, this has been without a doubt the right decision. I am naturally a skeptic but after a few months of a tailored treatment, my bloodwork looks so much better already, and I can definitely feel and see the difference, just more poised and confident and alert in my life. Dr Rand and his team are knowledgeable, empathetic, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. They treat you like a person, not like a collection of symptoms to “fix”. I am now looking forward to seeing where this treatment takes me, and highly recommend paying them a visit.
