I had a Cool Peel with Erin and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. 1st time going to Melange!! Got an appointment ( same day) for facial and dermaplane. Service was done by Laura. She was great!!! Friendly and knowledgeable. Just enough talking and relaxation balance. Arm and hand massage was a pleasant surprise. They do so much more than skin care!!! Go check them out and support Rochester businesses! I will definitely re book with Laura. Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️highly recommended

I was a little nervous when I showed up for my appointment but Erin made it very calming and reduced my stress significantly. She explained the treatment and was very gentle and kind. Went for medical Botox injection treatment. 100% recommend!!
