Appointments have always been on time - I haven’t had to wait after my appointment time, but I have never felt rushed during my appointment. My labs were gone over thoroughly, supplements recommended, and action plan done. Everything is done in kindness and the final choice on what I want done is clearly left up to me- no pushing or persuading for anything. I would highly recommend PureMed!

I’ve been going to Pure for over two years now for my HRT. I was previously going to another med spa in town that was no longer aligning with my values. From my first consultation appointment and all appointments following, I felt beyond comfortable. Not only in the service I was receiving, but the knowledge from the staff. They are very open to discussing any medical issues they see from bloodwork, as well as lifestyle advice and dietary support. I also enjoy the follow up check ins. You can tell they actually care about their patients well-being not just another number in the door. They aren’t pushy on any other services only informative on things you inquire about. I have sent multiple friends and family to Pure and will continue to do so.

I had a great experience with my appointment today. Dr. Estes really took the time to listen to me and didn’t dismiss what I’ve been experiencing. I felt acknowledged, seen, and heard. For a while, I had started to feel a little rushed during appointments, so I truly appreciated that he paused to consult with me before moving forward with my procedure. That extra care made all the difference.
