After years of having unanswered questions as to why I was always tired, on edge, low libido, not sleeping, etc. I came across Optimal Hormones. She listened to my symptoms and frustration as well as taking a look into my labs. She developed a plan that was individualized to me. She looked for better options than what I was currently using for supplements as well. After fully being on my plan for almost a month, I am feeling way better. I am experiencing less brain fog and more focus/concentration. I am experiencing a better libido. I am not as on edge and feel way less stressed. I am sleeping through the night and I am motivated and not fatigued during the day. She has checked in with me several times between me starting and now. She demonstrates concern and has an awesome ability to listen and put into action a plan that will suit your needs. She is always looking for better options and ways to make the plan better as well.

I feel so much better, I’m not exhausted all the time, I’m not so irritable, I can exercise, I'm losing weight naturally, and the list goes on and on. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Krista. This is, by far, the best decision I ever made for myself.
