I have been a patient at this office for well over 10 years, since I was in high school, originally under the care of Dr. Veerula. Over the years, I stayed because of the trust I built with him and later with Denise, who was also wonderful when I transitioned to her care. Unfortunately, in the last couple of years—especially leading up to and after Dr. Veerula’s passing—the quality of care at this office has gone downhill to the point where I can no longer recommend it. First, there has been zero consistency with providers. Without any explanation, I was suddenly switched from Denise to Jessica, and then when I showed up for my scheduled appointment with Jessica, I was told she wasn’t even there. I had to come back the next day, which cost me over an hour of driving and time out of my workday for no reason. From that point on, it seemed like I was with a different provider every single visit. Each time, they would restart my medication on the lowest dose as if I was a brand new patient, disregarding my history and continuity of care. The scheduling and wait times are just as bad. It has become the norm to sit in the waiting room for well over an hour and a half before ever being seen, and when you finally get back, the provider often spends less than five minutes with you. My last appointment, I waited over two hours only to have the doctor rush through the visit, barely acknowledging my concerns, and still not send in my prescription. I had to follow up in person the following week because no one ever answers the phones or returns voicemails. Even then, they had no explanation for why my medication was never filled, and it simply never got sent in. To add to the frustration, this office is almost impossible to contact. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and the only way to get any response is to physically show up. That is completely unacceptable for any medical office, especially when patients rely on their providers for essential medications. I had put up with these issues for longer than I should have because it was the only office that could reliably write my prescriptions while I waited to establish care elsewhere. But after the last round of wasted time, lack of communication, and complete disregard for patient care, I can honestly say this office is beyond unprofessional. At this point, it feels like they are just cycling patients through with no concern for their wellbeing. After more than a decade of being a loyal patient, it’s extremely disappointing to see how far this practice has fallen. For anyone considering this office, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. In my opinion, this office should not even be operating given the level of disorganization, neglect, and lack of basic patient care I’ve experienced. Honestly, just give it up already and shut down.

This place used to be great. Now they won't return calls. MULTIPLE calls. Are there not risks involved with forcing your patients to go cold-turkey off hormonal treatments because you aren't responsible enough to pick up the damn phone and call in a refill??? I have two family members that have or are going through serious side-effects because you don't seem to take patient healthcare seriously. Update... Posting a terrible review will get quick results ONCE. I don't delete bad reviews until performance consistently improves, and this place is why. Currently, after multiple calls and promises to call in prescriptions two family members are going into Christmas again off their medications. Unless you stand there and watch them call it in AND verify they send the correct medications to the correct pharmacy it WILL NOT HAPPEN.

I was in on Monday for an appt. No one was working front desk so a nurse awkwardly from the back of the room tried to check me in…I work in a setting where we have a front desk and all of this is really unacceptable. Left and told from there my prescription would be sent in. So I gave it a couples hours and didn’t recieve a text from pharmacy, tried to call office (no answer) after multiple times and voicemail left, called again on Wednesday which was my day off, tried at 930 which is the time they’re supposed to open, no answers and if says “multiple calls with delay response” I thought that was pretty ballsy for a doctors office but ok. Still nothing it’s Friday and nothing, I guess I’ll be making a trip there after work (30 min drive) just to get my prescription I’ll n filled. The other reviews have obviously had the same issue for quite some time and it’s sad it was never like this before the son passed away I’m not sure what’s going on and you can blame it being “under staffed” 9 months later.

I saw Mary Clark, NP & she was the most unprofessional, noncaring, rude, uncaring, wouldn't listen to my health concerns & had no regard for my past medical history & medications. I do NOT recommend this office! If u must go or want to try it out, make sure u don't see this Mary Clark. Plus, the office is impossible to get a hold of. Phone calls are outsourced to the Philippines & a woman with a heavy accent will make ur appt & send a message to the office & they don't call back! The RN won't return calls. If I could give zero stars I would. They need to get a full staff in there & more professional providers that don't treat u like a cockroach!

I don’t think this office is open anymore. I have left multiple voicemails throughout the week and cannot reach anyone to just make an appointment to get a refill of my medications.
