I am new to their office and have not been pleased! First off appointments with the doctor are very short and rushed. I had so many labs done and response to them all was, they are good! Well, why am I having severe night sweats to where I’m drenched and have to change clothes and sheets, why am I none stop hungry and can’t stop eating or thinking of food, why is my thirst never satisfied, why have I gained 25 pounds in 3 months and am fatigued and can’t lose weight no matter how hard I work or watch what I eat? I know, I’m probably in perimenopause and heading towards my mid 40s! Or maybe something else or try taking labs again during my cycle. I don’t know But help me understand and help myself lessen these issues! I was put in NAD+ and given pamphlets to read, well my body is sensitive to medication and was giving me hearth palpitations and making my anxiety worse. No one ever told me until I called a month later that I could breakdown the dose if it was too strong. I thought I just need to get use to it. Next appointment I got to was at 3:15 and when I arrived they told me I was a no call no show and appointment was 2:15. I told them that was incorrect and found it in my appointment card luckily the doctor was caught and able to see me before he left thankfully. I was at that time I was placed on tirzepatide and love it. In the month it has helped me with so many issues I was experiencing I listed and more. Now today was my appointment and I arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic and driving an hour to get to the facility! I go to check in and the doctor was already gone. They told me 10 minutes is the latest he will wait and their policy was just changed. I said I was not aware and every time I call and tried calling today no one will answer the phone. They said well you’d need to leave a message. Again wasn’t aware of the protocol and every time I’ve left a message, I don’t get a call back until after 4 or 5. I asked if I could speak to a nurse just for a few questions I had since I’m so new to my medication. A nurse came out about 5 to 10 minutes later, which is totally fine. I was sitting in the lobby on a chair and she wouldn’t even come close to me and stood across the room in front of a door she came out of. Very short ant responding to everything I asked and told me twice we already talk about this, but on the call from the previous week she didn’t have the answers from not knowing and said I should have gotten a letter. I asked her my first question and her response was, I talked to you about this the other day! I explained yes but you didn’t explain the difference, so she did, then I asked why my insurance denied the pre approval and she said I told you the other day when we talked. No at that time you didn’t know. It was because my BMI was too low and I responded if they provided what it was before I started the med since I was a month in. She said we do these all the time and give everything we don’t want to get them back. Basically like I was questioning her doing it right?! I’m just trying to make sure I know how things work! She starts reading from my chart still from across the room and another client walks in now. It does not stop the nurse from reading off my chart. By this time I was just in shock and embarrassed as I’m private about myself as anyone else would be. I asked if I should be getting labs done and she said no what you need to do is talk to the doctor. Then said she could get me in tomorrow, not trying to work with me nor can I leave work early again to drive an hour as I explained. Didn’t take my vitals or weight or offer me a virtual appointment! Just simply didn’t care! Very long story I know but I left there feeling like I am wasting my time and money trying to get help and they have bad manners for the profession they are in! We are coming to you when we don’t feel good or need help, I already feel bad and don’t want to feel worse leaving your facility!

He has that personal / professional personality. He has a cool quiet voice where y know everything will be ok, and he said everything will be ok. There is alot of new data that may get some health issues under more control. I have melas / merrf that affects not just my metabolism muscle / nerves but organs that thyroid partially controls how we feel, etc. I'll continue to work with dr. Kodambi to stay on a good path.

My boyfriend has been going here for almost 2 years now and he’s had multiple issues with this place. They schedule you appointments you didn’t even ask for, then don’t even call with appointment reminders… so THEN they send you a bill for a missed appointment? So you try to call them to talk about this missed appointment bill and no one picks up. Legitimately you can call 10 times in a row and no one will answer. Also, don’t even bother leaving a voicemail for them to call back because they never will. The receptionist is a joke clearly. Don’t even bother replying because at this point I’m so uninterested. I went into my appointment dreading what I was going to hear. I came out encouraged & motivated for my health. Thank you, Crystal, for really hearing me & helping me know how to head into the future.

I was blown away by how personable Crystal was at my first appointment with her. I have struggled with thyroid disease since I was a kid so it was such a relief finding a practitioner that actually cares! She took the time to answer all my questions and even review my labs so I understand the results and what they mean in terms of my condition. Five stars!
