I especially appreciate and wanted to point out being able to contact Mike or the office manager, Kathlene, directly when we were having questions and concerns along with their quick response time. There was transparency around pricing. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges, and everything related to payment was explained clearly upfront. The costs were straightforward and fair, which made the entire experience feel honest and stress-free. It’s reassuring to know he’s in good hands. TruNorth Men’s Health in Idaho Falls is excellent! The onboarding process was simple and easy to navigate. My husband had an in depth one on one visit with the provider, Mike Parsons. He was knowledgeable, thoroughly discussed his lab results, outlined a comprehensive, clear plan moving forward, and answered all of his questions. Their team is super helpful, knowledgeable— no pressure, just real expertise. We felt like we received VIP service! Highly recommend—5 stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mike Parsons at TruNorth has been treating my mens health for three years I was over all just run down and felt fatigue all the time and from the moment I started treatment it has been a game changer no more fatigue, I sleep better and have alot more energy.
