I love Root Cause. Dr. Hale remembers things about my care and always does a thorough job addressing my concerns. He has given me effective solutions to each of my health problems and truly takes time to listen. His staff have always been organized, kind and welcoming. I so appreciate them being able to see me on the same day when I have a serious concern. Definitely come here for not just a quick fix but for truly permanently better long term health!

My husband and I have been going to Root Cause for several years now . Jordon Hale meets all of our primary care needs and his staff are top notch! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a practice that thinks outside the box and really listens to their patients in finding a treatment that works for you.

Dr. Hale is hands down the best in or around this town. One of the only PA's who takes his time with his patients. Determined to find the root cause of your symptoms and not just mask it. Thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do.

Great place, Laura takes great care of me and my health! she listens and really makes me feel like she cares about me as a person! the office staff is amazing as well !! couldnt ask for a better medical provider.
