Went in for gut issues and he explained how everything works and what I need to do for optimal health. Staff is very friendly and Doctor cares about health care, not like other MDs that are ok with you being sick and just giving you meds without looking at root causes.

Discriminated against me Sloppy business practices Refused to allow my service dog to accompany me during my appointment. Does NOT return calls Does NOT refill meds in a timely manner Does NOT think insurance will cover. So, they do NOT bother.

Mrs. Pedroza here:My visit was awful. Ive never had a worse visit to any Dr office. The staff is rude. They insisted my insurance was not active. They tried to make me pay full cash for my visit. They did not call my provider to ask. I did...then my Insurance rep spoke to them and they still refused to accept I am covered. I was told they they would call the Insurance back then contact me. They did not call me back. I would rather set myself on fire than go to this Bakersfield Office again. I normaly go to the Wellness Center in Tehachapi that is associated with Dr Shivinders practice. I was told to go to the Stockdale Hwy office because the computer system was down in Tehachapi.

I have had the pleasure and gift to have Dr Shavinder Deol as my Family Physician for several years now, and even though I was in very serious health conditions with my heart and lungs..I am improving in his care. He is amazing..and I believe God sent me to him. My immune system is really good now. Dr Deol uses his own natural medications and preventative disease therapy. He also has all the top of the line technology and equipment. His Assistant Dr Rockefeller, Nurses and receptionists..are the best as well. Thank you..Dr Deol! Dr Rockefeller, and all nursing staff. May The Lord bless you all..🙏🕊️❤️

Dr Deol is the real deal. knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. He takes his time to ask questions to make his decision of how to best proceed. With his help i have avoided two surgeries over the last 10 years.
