Claiming or updating a listing does not buy ranking placement. TRT Index remains an independent directory.

What to include for a faster listing review

Your clinic website and Google Business Profile URL.
Business email domain, GBP access, or another proof of affiliation.
Specific address, phone, service, pricing, or photo changes to review.
Whether you need a free correction, new listing review, or enhanced listing inquiry.

What happens after you submit

1. Verify
We verify clinic affiliation before ownership-sensitive edits, using the business email, website, Google Business Profile, or other proof you provide.
2. Review
Free corrections are reviewed separately from paid enhanced listing inquiries so accuracy updates do not depend on buying placement.
3. Update
Paid options do not change default rankings or editorial ratings. TRT Index may disclose verified or featured surfaces where relevant.

A note on featured placement

Corrections are free. Verified profiles and featured placement are paid and clearly disclosed where relevant. We still apply our editorial criteria: clinics that fail classification (no TRT service, fraudulent reviews, regulatory issues) are not eligible, regardless of payment. Our default ranking and directory data are never altered for paying clinics, only the additional verified or featured surface.
