I paid over 2,000 dollars up front for full TRT treatment for a year and now they will not even answer my calls or emails since closing the Green Bay building. Menshealth bought out Numale and decided not to honor the contracts. And now a Vidavital somehow is trying to take on the patients under the "new management". Or something like that. Bottom line, this is not the place you want. 0 stars, reporting to the BBB, and will be getting my money back the hard way. With a lawyer.

This review is to document a serious concern regarding business practices at Men's Health and Wellness Center. In November, I renewed my annual membership with the expectation of continued services through their Green Bay location. Without any prior notice, communication, or transition planning, the Green Bay office was subsequently closed. I was not informed directly as a paying patient; I discovered this only by visiting their website. Since that time, I have made repeated attempts to contact the organization through multiple channels, including phone calls and emails. These attempts have gone completely unanswered. Additionally, it appears that calls originating from a Green Bay area code are being blocked, further limiting any ability to resolve the issue. As a result, I have paid for services that are no longer being provided, with no communication, no resolution, and no refund. This lack of transparency and failure to respond raises serious concerns about their business practices and customer accountability. At this point, my next step is to pursue recovery of funds through small claims court. I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution. Based on my experience, there is significant risk in prepaying for services with this organization, as you may have limited recourse if services are discontinued or communication ceases.

I would give a 0 star if I could. They locked me into a contract and then did not uphold that contract. When I call to dispute no one has an answer nor will they allow me to speak to management. 100% a rip off, scam artist, avoid at all costs
