Love the provider and services I received!!!!! My provider takes her time explaining things very thoroughly and not rushed and always ask if I have any questions. I feel she honestly has my interest of care!!!! however it’s really hard to get a return call from provider’s nurse or staff for making appointments or my chart messages, there’s so much delay. For the last two days I have attempted to call provider’s office to make f/u appt and there’s no answer, I have left message via my-chart, no response yet. Provider advised I call into office to make f/u appt for Sept as her schedule gets booked out but I can’t get thru to the office to make appt.

Dr Looi is an outstanding doctor. He's very thorough, professional and knowledgeable in his field of endocrinology. I would highly recommend the Tacoma Multicare clinic. The clerical and MA are also courteous and professional. I hope to have Dr Looi continue with my endocrine medical needs.

Dr Barua was patient and helpful and well informed as was her staff. Twice I needed help with lab instructions within a short time and her office reached out to me within the time frame I had requsted using MyChart. They also worked me in when I was late for an appt due to GPS failure.

I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis recently. My referral to see Dr. Looi was such a blessing & relief to ease my scattered brain. His calm manner & professional experience completely changed my morale. Dr. Looi genuinely cares, he didn’t rush through the process of explaining all my options moving forward. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Oropeza is a wonderful doctor. She listens and answers all questions asked of her. She's personable and cares about her patients. I would recommend Dr. Oropeza to anyone looking for a great Endocrinologist.
