I came to Dr Lilly Chang due to extreme pain in left shoulder. Later found out by an MRI that I had a severely torn rotator cuff, dislocated bicep muscle that needed to be cut and relocated in bone by pin. I also had scar tissue in joint and 2 bone spurs cleaned out. A week before my surgery, I saw Dr. chang. and was on FSM. It immediately dulled pain. I used it 20 hrs a day. 10 hrs longer than prescribed. It was uncomfortable the first 2 days. But then I could tell when the machine went off. The pain would begin to radiate and I couldn’t wait to start over. After surgery I was not able to get it on till day 2 because of the bandage locations. Once I did it was immediate pain relief and never removed it till my first Physical Therapy apt. The therapist did an initial overview of my pain and then stared testing my range of motion. He was completely amazed!! He had never seen my range of motion after such an extensive surgery 1 week out before. He was very impressed and interested in the multi current machine. I see my orthopedic surgeon tomorrow and can’t wait to share the results with him as well. I decided to lower my pain meds dramatically and it absolutely possible with my FSM machine. My husband and I are purchasing a machine and will use it in the years to come! Thank you Dr Chang 🩷

Although my condition currently has no definitive or widely effective treatment, the doctor approached it with empathy and clarity. Instead of focusing on limitations, she carefully explained what could still be done to ease the symptoms and improve comfort. During the session, the doctor performed an electro microcurrent therapy on my left thigh. The gentle pulses provided a surprising sense of relief, soothing the persistent discomfort that had been troubling me for months. What impressed me most was how attentively the doctor monitored my reaction to the treatment, adjusting the settings gradually and explaining each step along the way. At the end of the visit, the doctor outlined a clear plan for the next stage of care—including an IgG4 test, continued symptom observation, possible adjustments to therapy frequency, and complementary approaches to maintain overall well-being. Despite the uncertain nature of the disease, I felt reassured by her confidence and thoughtful guidance. This visit reminded me that when a cure is not yet possible, compassionate patience and well-planned care can still bring real healing and hope. James Yuan

Dr. Chang is miles ahead of my primary doctors (including specialists) in her ability to recognize and treat my condition. I would have no recourse other than pills to put a bandage on my symptoms to improve my quality of life, if not for Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang got to the root cause, where the healing happened. I am so grateful to Dr. Chang and highly recommend her services! She is kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. I trust her process and care!

Dr. Chang is a true gem. She goes out of her way to listen and answers my questions. Her techniques were jaw dropping amazing and skilled! It’s like going to 5 different specialist doctors to help me get better - that’s how knowledgeable she is. You gotta try out the cutting edge “wet towel” FSM treatment. Her office is serenely surrounded by lily pads, very clean, bright, and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Chang!

I found Dr. Chang on our insurance network, since I couldn't keep paying money for symptom taping to the dermatologists and allergy doctors I saw. After seeing an acupuncturist and an herbalist and still waiting for a miracle, I found Dr. Chang and I couldn't be more grateful. She has helped me, my son and other friends and family members (all recommended by myself). Working with her has helped me know my body better and thus feel healthier and conscious. Can't recommend her enough!
