Was charged and not reimbursed deposit because I had to miss my appointment due to flight delays because of a mechanical issue from the day before. Contacted the office 21 hours in advance as soon as I knew our flight was being pushed back 6 hours. Their response was "due to their policy my $200 deposit is forfeited." No consideration was given due to the unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control. Sent the office manager screenshots of my location so that she knew that I was not anywhere near the area. If this is how they treat their patients (and potential new patients), don't waste your time or money. Mind you I had two other appointments the same day with local small businesses that required deposits as well and the other two businesses carried over my deposit to the new appointments I made.

Dr. Lex and her staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Every time I have an issue, from not sleeping well to muscle and back pain, Dr. Lex knows exactly what to do and how to help me. My experiences at Vitality function medicine make me feel welcome and are specifically catered to my personal needs and issues. I would recommended Dr. Lex to all my friends and people I know at the gym. The overall feeling of the office is calming and rejuvenating at the same time. GREAT PLACE!! My outlook on life has changed and every time I go I learn something new!

I have been seeing Dr Lex for 8 years!! She has completely changed my life. I have 4 autoimmune diseases, one since age three and she helps me keep them at bay through nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements, acupuncture and chiropractic. She is the first doctor that has actually listened to me and collaborated with me to achieve optimal health. I tell her all the time that she is the smartest person I know. Every decision she makes to treat me requires her to check my bloodwork, genetics etc. She is my go to for everything health!! She better stay in business forever!!

I am so disappointed with my initial visit. After reading the reviews and calling the office to make an appointment, I was incredibly optimistic about seeing Dr. Lex. That quickly changed after my visit. The reception and assistant were both incredibly nice. However, I paid $500 for the initial appointment and never spoke to an actual health care professional. They immediately and repeatedly tried to push buying their products on me for almost the entire visit, tried to sell me on taking tests unrelated to any of the reasons why I was there, prescribed treatment based off of my own self diagnosis (again, never saw a doctor), and didn't know how to correctly interpret my lab results. This practice is definitely not as advertised but again, very sweet staff. Save your $500 initial visit payment for another more ethical provider.

I was already being treated by a chiropractor; it helped but never did resolve my issues. I had migraines, fatigue, shoulder neck and back pain, sleep issues, to name a few. I didn't manage stress well. Then i heard about Dr. Lex. What a blessing! Since i have been seeing her there has been a big change with significant improvement. She is an excellent and caring Dr. Her multifaceted approach with chiropractic care, acupuncture (amazing), and herbal supplements works I highly recommend her! Thank you Dr Lex!
