I’ve been going here for bhrt for over a year and the difference is crazy. I feel more like myself again and the night sweats have abated. Definitely recommend! The girls in the office are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as well as great fast service.

10/10 Experience. From the 1st phone call inquiry to my actual office visit, I was abundantly pleased with the stellar level of service I received. The knowledge base of hormones & how the body works to use & process them was mind blowing. I elected to have a full blood panel completed, which was covered in depth by the office Practitioner Christian. I did opt to have the pellets inserted & will see how I feel in the weeks to come. I am hopeful & beyond ready to feel like myself again. For any woman or man that is struggling with hormonal imbalances, I would encourage you to simply inquire. Praying for Relief! fingers crossed!!

I have been using Optimal Bio hormone replacement therapy for years now. They also helped me with my hypothyroidism as well. They use all natural products and helped bring my body back to a more normal level of function. After 5 children I was so tired all the time as I hit 50 and needed help. Optimal Bio was a life saver and changer. Carbs, especially sugar are your enemy ladies. Eating healthy and being sure your VitD levels are okay is a must, but there is so much more available to get through the hormone shifts as you age. I also take progesterone daily, along with my estridol and testosterone pellets every 4 months. My thyroid med is amour thyroid but NP thyroid is also good and cheaper. Do yourself a favor and check Optimal Bio out? Insurance does not cover the pelleting, but setting aside a few dollars each month will get you feeling so much better. Cutting out any sugary coffees can save a few bucks too and help you lose weight in the process. I can't leave without adding that some regular type of exercise is important as well especially as we age. We need cardio and weight resistance for our heart and bones. There is a good healthy life after 50, kids and menopause. Christian Davis is extremely friendly, easy to talk to and share information with. She listens well and is extremely knowledgeable. I enjoy my visits to her office very much!!!!

My experience with Christian at optimal has been delightful. Extremely professional and it’s lovely to have a provider that listens and asks questions and provide information and resources. I just started the therapy and am really praying that I see a major difference in many areas and I’m looking forward to renewed health. I have definitely recommended this practice to friends and relatives and will continue to do so
