I’ve been a patient here for over two years. Low T center in Tyler is fine, but they refuse to use anyone but Village Lane Apothecary to compound their testosterone. This is a terrible pharmacy that currently has me 4 weeks without my test. I have no other option than to seek care for elsewhere. Please understand, in two years this has happened multiple times, and they’re aware of it. Seek help elsewhere ladies and gentlemen.

Paid the money. Completed the Lab. Completed the telehealth appointment. All this to get the medication. Still no medication. No return call backs after about 20 attempts. Called the pharmacy since Low T does not answer the phone. What the heck its just my health right? Pharmacy has no record of the order. Here I sit. Money paid. Nothing in return. Levels dropping by the day and nobody cares. This is the 4th time in three years. I'm done with them forever.

This is in no way reflects the staff at the Tyler clinic, but the way things are done just keeps changing, and is seemingly getting worse. I’ve been a patient since 2019, and I’m about done. If you are going to stop using the nimble app for refills on self inject, then let your patients know so they can adjust accordingly. This keeps happening, all while using the same pharmacy. I’m sitting here waiting on an approval for a complementary injection due to my injections not getting refilled for the above reason, and it’s ridiculous. Soon as I get in with another provider I’m done with this company. The disorganization has reached its peak. No more.

Fantastic place love coming there fast friendly staff, Lindsay MA is fantastic, Jackie MA is great and the provider Christina is fantastic! Kyle at the front greats me as soon as I walk in the door. Such a wonderful place to come for fast friendly service that makes you feel right at home. Super fantastic staff!! I highly recommend!

Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. There isn't one person who's been working there for a year. I have been going there for 3 years. They claimed I missed a payment. When I proved otherwise with a bank statement they still wouldn't provide service. That place is a joke. I will not be returning
