This place is amazing, I highly recommend it. I have been an athlete my entire life, but started noticing a very recognizable drop in strength, energy, alertness, recovery time, sleep etc etc etc. I kept putting off my appointment (for nearly a year) simply due to a ridiculous fear of blood draw. The team here, and David (my provider) made feel at ease, and got me through the initial process. It's coming up on 6 months of treatment, and it is nothing short of life changing. It is by far the most "I wish I had started this earlier" experience I've had. The results are ridiculous, my overall health has vastly improved, and David and the team are consistently awesome. If you are even CONSIDERING it, GO. You will be kicking your own a$$ for putting it off once you inevitably start.

When i started with this clinic, service was great. But its quickly sliding down. Lets start with the delivery company for the testosterone. They do not read delivery instructions. I had had my delivery stolen from my door step. So want it taken to the lock boxes in the office. So far one time. They take at lest a week to ship. Staff, looks like a lot of new faces. It shows in the service. I didn't receive a reminder for my apartment. Previously i had 3 different ways. One of the nurses knew me by name even knew my voice on the phone. When my shot come late. This happens a lot. She would get me in and get my shot covered. After all, its not my fault the RX company cant do their job. The one who picked up the phone today. Just didn't care to try. Like she was reading from a script.

I have been coming here for two maybe three years now, and brought two of my neighbors with me, my wife plus a couple of her friends to Her Care next door. Up until today I have loved this place and told everybody about it. I hate to let one bad experience ruin it, but I emailed their corporate office and got no response. Anyway here is what happened. My blood pressure was high and I wasn’t surprised, due to being a little dehydrated, stressed out because my battery was weak and my car stalled at a light on the way. Plus it’s probably time to donate blood again, so I will own it and understand why they couldn’t give me the shot. One time it was like this they told me donate blood tomorrow or don’t return until I do. Fair enough….but this time they billed me $30 to tell me they couldn’t give me a shot. I got billed for “air”. Wow! That helped my blood pressure a lot. Lol I paid it and I won’t be back. After I paid it I laughed at her question before she told me to check myself out “you coming back next week?” I planned on it but think I will pass on sitting in a chair for 40 minutes and potentially donating another $30.

Dr. Richards and his team are awesome and improved my life in many areas since I started treatment here. Treatment has made my life so much better again and I feel like I haven't felt in years. I drive an hour away because I like the Dr and his team so much here. The office is clean & comfortable and the staff is friendly. Dr Richards is top Tier, I trust him and he's great at what he does here. Jessie at the front desk is great, she's a professional and always happy to help you. Kat has been giving me my injections and she is the best, shes awesome and it's always quick & painless. Thank you to the whole team here for everything you do. You cant go wrong coming here, they make it easy and affordable even if you don't have insurance.

My husband has been with this clinic for 2 years. Recently since they changed new doctor they always failed to give him the best service. They send his injection to a wrong address. They charged him $70 more when they failed to schedule him to get his complete injection. They gave him a wrong dose of injection and they want him to pay extra?? This place has becoming worst. Worst customer service. Worst doctors. Overall worst experience. We wont coming here again. If I can give 0 star I would. All they want is taking your money. We will look for other clinic soon.
