Moved to San Antonio 3 years ago and have had a very hard time finding a primary care manager. It's either a 6 month wait time for an appointment or they do not except my insurance (Tricare). A friend recommended Total Men's Primary Care. This is the best clinic that I have ever been to. Was able to make an appointment for the next day, with zero wait time. I was seen at exactly my appointment time. I went in for an annual physical. Blood work was quick, didn't even feel the needle. The provider (NP David Medrano) was very attentive and asked a lot of details about my medical history, and scheduled some necessary follow up appointments for me. They also have a very easy to navigate online patient portal, for appointments and tracking all your medical history. Outside of going to a specialist for specific issues, this is the only clinic that I will ever go to again. 10 Stars!

I came in for a routine annual physical and left genuinely impressed. David Medrano is a great listener, anticipated my questions, and even introduced options I wouldn’t have known to ask about, all with my best interest in mind. His feedback felt tailored specifically to me rather than generic. The front office was friendly and accommodating, and booking the appointment was quick and easy.

Excellent service from start to finish! Front staff was welcoming and helpful and wait was short for my annual wellness visit. MA was great and NP Medrano was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.

Great option for men’s primary care! David Medrano, NP was very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and confident that my health was in good hands. It’s too often that men avoid the doctor and are afraid to discuss our health and personal questions. Clinics like total men’s help to ease that discomfort so we can get the care we deserve!

First time going here and everything was great! Went to the Sonterra location since they were conveniently open on Saturday. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They got me in and out in no time while still listening to my health concerns. I’m curious to learn about what all they offer at my next appointment. Would definitely recommend!
