They were very fast and helpful! It’s hard to get childcare for our two daughters and they allowed us to bring them with us. Both my husband and I were able to make appts back to back and they were very accommodating and got us in at the same time! Very patient, and caring staff! Blood work was done there so we don’t have to go to different clinics. And they were very thorough in explaining everything! So glad we found them!

The Staff and Providers were great! Very friendly, thorough and I was very satisfied with the level of care. They listened to my concerns, asked detailed questions, and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly. The service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Total Health Primary Care!

Great first experince! The team is very professional and effecient. Check in was a breeze and the appointment covered all details. After catching a cold, flu, whatever it was, on an international business trip, I needed to confirm it was safe for me to go back to work, as I didn't want to pass anything onto to the team. The amazing nurse, did all the testing and 2 shots later I was on my way to work.

This is insane first time scheduling an appointment with them and they’re very unprofessional you call and schedule an appointment at a certain location for a reason but yet they confirm your location when scheduling on the phone here Iam seeking to attend the appointment so I’m thinking my appointment is good to go at the Richardson location and Morning off appointment I get a text msg confirmation stating that my appointment is scheduled at a clinic 1 hour away at the Mickinney location!!!!!! so im calling them and I’m having a hard time trying to even get to them and when I do the lady was able to accommodate me stating they did schedule it incorrectly and she calls the Richardson location and they stated that’s fine come in we will see you meanwhile I was trying to figure this out my time was running and I was loosing time was on the phone for about 15 mins which put me to get to the appointment at 11:15 am yes my appointment was at 10:45 so I confirm with all this miscommunication off course I was running late already and the person on the phone stated that’s fine I talk to the clinic they stated it was fine get there at 11:15 so yet I get there at 11:15 and front desk says “well your appointment was at 10:45 your late etc etc I stated understand but I was told to come in etc she stated let me ask doctor” ok we’re waiting 15 mins to get the respond of “well the doctor said to re-schedule your appointment “!!!!! Never again this was not my problem it was the scheduling person waist off time and to not get seen!!

I was able to get a same day appointment, the staff was so friendly and nice. They were very efficient and the appointment didn’t take too long it a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend it.
