What patients are saying

I had a 9:40am appointment and arrived on time, having already completed the required paperwork online. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was informed that there was an insurance processing issue and that it could take much longer, with the suggestion that I reschedule. This was disappointing, especially since no prior communication was provided regarding potential delays. Patients plan their schedules around appointments, and clear communication and efficiency should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations and I’ll choose another provider who cares.

The clinic is very clean and the staff is very professional. We walked through my insurance, medical history, and current medical issues. My primary care physician was easy to talk through and was very informative on the path for my medical needs. Glad I found a place that focuses on my physical and mental health!

I had a great experience! The staff was very helpful and although I had shown up past my appointed time they were able to get me in and very quickly got me through the process. I felt cared for and the attention I received was outstanding.

I’ve been trying to find an appointment for a general checkup through my insurance. The soonest availability was a month out. And the insurance website is overly convoluted. Total Men’s was able to see me the following week. They were friendly, thorough and addressed all my questions fully. Game changer.

I went in for a general office visit to discuss possible low testosterone and weight-loss options, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The front desk staff wasn’t professionally presentable, and when the provider entered the exam room, he greeted me with a fist bump — not exactly what I expect in a medical setting. I was charged $149 for the initial visit and another $20 for a basic testosterone test. When the results came back, I was told a follow-up visit would cost an additional $199 just to run more blood panels. If testosterone treatment was recommended, it would be $199 per month for weekly at-home injections, plus required office visits every three months. The weight-loss program, including compounded semaglutide, followed the same expensive, cash-based structure. It quickly became clear that this place operates more like a “drugs on demand” business than a genuine men’s health clinic. There was no sense of personalized care or concern for long-term health — only upsells and recurring charges. If you’re looking for actual medical guidance, I’d look elsewhere. If you want to pay cash for TRT with minimal oversight, this is the place for you. Not recommended.
