I rarely write reviews like this, but the way I was treated this morning was extremely disappointing. I arrived on time for my appointment, but after waiting about 30 minutes, I realized I would miss an important work meeting. I approached the counter to let the receptionist know I needed to leave. Instead of offering to reschedule or politely explaining the expected appointment time, she responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner: “Well, they told you how much time you needed in your phone call — you need an hour and a half.” Her tone was rude, and as I walked away, she made a comment to her colleague that I could hear. As a patient and a paying customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. In a city like Dallas where we have many options for care, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will not be returning. Respect should be the minimum standard.

My husband went in for free consultation, and he sign an so called electronic form. He was told it was a form to release his medical records. Then we found out it was a payment plan for a high dollar treatment. He called them back and told them he didn't want to do the treatments and to cancel it. That was September 2024. We just received a letter from Oceanside California saying they were sending us to collections for this high dollar treatments he never received. (January 2026) This place is deceiving and will rip you off. My husband has tried to reach out to the Dallas Office he went to and the number on their websight is wrong. He finally found another number for them and has been leaving messages since they don't answer. And they don't return his calls either. Steer clear of this place. They are scam artist and will rip you off. I dont have the thousands of dollars they want me to pay. I will be seeking legal advice to see how I can handle this.
