WONDERFUL STAFF!! I absolutely love this place and the people. They have always taken care of all my needs. I have been with this clinic for going on 4 years now, and have never had so much as a cross word with anyone. We have recently decided to administer my treatment from home because of time saving issue, so I will miss seeing these folks every week. They do excellent work with all my labs. So I will be continuing to do that in the clinic every 6 months or so. I really enjoy this clinic and would highly recommend them.

I am upgrading my original 2017 5-star review and replacing with this 2025 2-star review. I no longer recommend TCT. I stopped going to TCT 4-5 years ago. They had major problems with their billing and insurance. They also had 2 providers who were always super conservative in their dosing. Those 2 providers were Andy and Abby. I have no issues with the owner, Augie Galindo. He was the best. Unfortunately he had 3-4 locations and stopped his regular provider duties to focus on the business. My ideal dosage is 200mg per week. Andy and Abby were younger doctors and they would base their dosages on my bloodwork results. They never listed to how I feel. I think right before I had left TCT, Abby dropped me down to 140mg per week which was useless. Also they had several problems with billing and insurance. I had to pay extra out of pocket to my insurance company, because they never processed the insurance correctly. The amount I should have been charged after insurance should have been higher. They messed up the insurance and billing and I had to pay for 1-year worth of services for charges that my insurance provider (Aetna, 90-10 plan). It was a mess because the underbilled charges went to collections. I don't have the exact amount that went to collections, but it was in the $1000-$1500 range. TCT -- 1 star review based on PA Andy / Andrew. I am leaving it at 2 stars only because of the owner Augie. It was sad to leave TCT because I was with them from the very beginning. In fact, I first met the owner Augie through Low-T Centers where he was just a provider. Please note that I have not been a patient of TCT for the last 3 years. I found a new center in Allen and have been very pleased with them. If you are looking for a provider with a great staff and who actually listens to the patient, please visit: Low Testosterone & Wellness Center 945 W Stacy Rd #120 Allen, TX 75013 Co-owned by the husband and wife PA team of Randy Stiz and Cami Stiz. They are 5-star providers with 5-star staff. PS -- I am been back on my ideal dosage of 200mg per week and feel GREAT. Yay Me! LOL.

The treatment I have received has been very effective. Andy, the clinic director, has been absolutely exceptional. He’s extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time to listen and really evaluate your individual circumstances so he can tailor your treatment just right. He’s also very outgoing and offers such a high level of attention and service that I would recommend anyone seeking treatment to go so Andy at TCT.

Working with TRT has truly been an incredible experience! Andy Lee's professionalism and follow-up surpasses anything I have ever previously experienced. His explanations and attention to detail always leave me knowing I am making the right decisions with regards to my health. He checks in on me with email and is quick to respond to any follow up questions I may have. His staff from the front desk to the medical assistants are kind, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this clinic and Andrew to anyone who is seeking hormone replacement therapy.

5 stars seems to little for this medical facility. Andrew Lee's professionalism and knowledge supersedes all we expected. He treated us will so much kindness. He sat down on out level and took the time to explain the entire process. While answering every question we had. He checks in on us with email and even quickly popping in on our second injection visit just to see how we were doing. He quickly responds to each email we sent. His staff from the front desk to the medical assistants are kind, friendly and courteous. Would recommend this clinic and Andrew to anyone who is seeking hormone replacement therapy.
