What patients are saying

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The office is beautiful and the front desk staff has always been sweet. I have seen both Dr. Powell and Dr. Elaine and they both have been phenomenal. They are who I hope all women get to experience their doctor. They recognize the sensitivity that these appointments surround and are there to answer any questions. I have never felt rushed or dismissed which is something I always look for in finding new doctors. There phone lines are very tied up and it can take up to 45 minutes to get an answer. I recommend using the patient portal for quick touch points.

I've been going to this office for almost 10 years now. The total lack of patient care when when this office transitioned to a new EMR has been unethical. I just had my annual appointment with my PCP and scheduled for my 3 month visit here a week from today. My pcp kindly advised if I were you I wouldn't see this NP anymore. For the last 6 months my trust in the care they provide is zilch! I work in the medical field and someone's you have to be your own advocate. My over dosed on all my hormones medications. Which have me susceptible to a heart attack, blood clots, bone loss to name a few. I suggest finding someone who knows their boundaries on how to treat you as an individual. I will not recommend this office even for the convenience of location. Find a hormonal physician that knows their stuff and cares!!!

I had a virtual with Dr. Brittany and as usual, it went great. She went over my lab work step by step, and answered ALL of the many questions I had. I love this place and have been a patient for approximately 12 years.

I am so dissapointed with the way this office has changed. Previously I was able to easily schedule appointments, see my doctor every time, and get results over the phone within days. They now require a visit with a copay for any results and I haven’t seen my actual doctor in years. They won’t budge so now I have to pay $40 for what will probably be a 5 minute phone call to discuss my results virtually. They also stated that if there were emergent results on the test they wouldn’t call or couldn’t guarantee a call until the appointment. I think this clearly shows their lack of care for their patients as a doctor who truly cares would make sure those calls were a priority. I’ll be switching to a more patient based facility.

I waited 5 months for a prescription that was supposed to be called in after my appointment. Did all the necessary things to switch over to the new portal (where none of my records were transferred), only to find *crickets* when using it. When I call to reschedule appointment or ask a question (because portal goes unanswered) I have repeatedly waited more than 30 minutes on the phone in a que of 13 people. With how competitive medical care is in DFW, you'd think they would want to be more responsive. Care is decent, customer service is poor.
