I had an amazing experience at Optimize U East Nashville! Staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, and you can truly tell they want to help you feel your best. They take the time to explain each service without making you feel rushed, which I really appreciated. The pricing is very affordable in my opinion, especially for the quality of care and wide range of wellness services they offer, including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge. Everything is clean, professional, and thoughtfully designed, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wellness center where the staff truly cares about your health and recovery.
