I love my Low T team. They make me feel like family. It’s a quick in and out process. Jess, Dakota, and Haley is always so professional and takes great care of me. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The new building is amazing and always very clean and tidy.

I have both Medicare and Aetna HMO insurance coverage. After making a call to their office I was told they don t accept either insurance. Their website seems to indicate they are insurance friendly but that s not what I have found.

Been going to low t for around 8 months now. I have been educated and informed through the entire process with trt. They got me feeling like myself again. Every single one of the ladies at the center has always been above and beyond in attitude, knowledge and helpfullness the whole time. They do thier best to get you in and out asap for your convenience. These are great people who are great at what they do. Definitely recommend going here.

If I could give this a zero I would. I went to this operation for 5-6 years when they were located off Kingston Pike. I went today to start back with testosterone therapy based on my levels from my annual physical. As soon as I walked in, the first person I ran into acted as if it was an inconvenience and informed me that I may not qualify. Without any knowledge of my medical records or anything. they have someone not in the medical field making that comment. I was also told if it had been 3 years, I would be considered a new patient. So I waited the 10-15 minutes I was asked to. Same person calls me back. I asked if it was within 3 years since the last time I received a treatment. Her response was 'sorta'. Either it is within 3 years or it isn't. Come to find out, it was within 3 years. The nurse practitioner then came in and said they need 2 blood draws on 2 separate days before 11am to see if I qualify. Several years ago, I received shots from the same operation and was over 600. Now I'm told if I'm over 349, I wouldn't qualify. So I agreed to do the draws. I asked if I could start with a draw Saturday. Apparently, in the 4 hours they are advertised to be open they were filled up. So we went with Monday. I was thinking 10am since that would give me time to let my employer and team know I would be out. They only offered 8 and 9. It wasn't just one thing. It was the complete unprofessionalism and defiance like I was doing them a favor. The people running this operation are not fit to run a lemonade stand. There are quite a few more options in Knoxville. I called and got an appointment tomorrow at 10am at one of their competitors that have way more and a better history of reviews. Avoid this Mickey Mouse operation like the plague
