Dr. Josh is so amazing!! He takes all the time needed to go over blood work and explain what the results mean. He has an amazing way with words - I have a very stubborn husband who he can actually talk sense into! I don't know what I'd do without his help. I also go to Optimize U and once you get your hormones optimized, life is so much better!! All that they include for one flat price is affordable and they make it super easy to communicate with their text line. Any meds you need, appointments, etc. all you have to do is text and they respond to your needs right away!

I’ve been going to the Hixson location for close to 2 years now. The staff is always so nice and helpful with anything I ever need. However, within the last couple of months they have not answered the phones at either location every time I call to schedule an appointment for labs. Also they offer free sauna and cold plunge sessions, never answer the phones when you call to book them. Whats the point in offering free services with my outrageous monthly rate I already pay for, to not even be able to use them or schedule an appointment. I’m honestly thinking of finding another clinic or online clinic to switch to if the poor customer service and bad business practices doesn’t get fixed.

The staff at all locations are phenomenal. They truly care about their patients personally and always leave you feeling like they care. They do a wonderful job of explaining what is happening in your body and work with you to make a care plan that works for you! I could not recommend them more highly.
