After researching functional health practices, I selected Functional Health Center of the Carolinas and have been receiving treatment for over six months. Treated, not only for various health concerns, but treated in a thorough and professional capacity. Both PAs, Emily Thieme and Chelsey Leveling have addressed my concerns. I admire their diligence in trying various remedies and am confident they want me to feel my best. Yes, I have already improved. They are very responsive on the patient portal between visits too. Their patient coordinator, Meredith Silecchia, is truly knowledgeable and welcoming every time I go. We should all be so fortunate to have a team like this looking out for us!

They have really helped me with my stomach issues. They did some tests and figured out a good protocol to help with all my symptoms. They are very thorough and very responsive when I have questions or concerns. They’re teaching me how to handle my Hashimoto’s disease. I’m so glad that I found them and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. After exhausting all of the options over the years in an attempt to treat my autoimmune disorder, I decided to try the natural approach. I’m so glad I did. Emily does a phenomenal job explaining the results of the in depth testing and how to treat each imbalance. I feel better now than I ever have, and more hopeful about my future health. Lastly, Meredith is AWESOME. She makes you feel like family, and is one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve ever met. If you want to feel truly cared for, go here.
