I was referred to this practice & because I didn’t want to see the physician that I had seen years ago they wouldn’t see me at all. I requested a different physician based on lack of help or further investigation into my symptoms. Dr. K was more interested in my weight than my thyroid panel. Patient choice obviously not welcome at this practice.

Wish I could give a zero star. This place is AWFUL when it comes to answering calls. I have called countless times about my bill and left many voicemails because they never pick up the first time. It is infuriating. I will never come here again. I highly recommend you don't either.

Dr. Karegar listened to what was going on with my health for 30mins. After I was done explaining how I was feeling. She said oh you been over weight all your life. PA aren’t drs and they shouldn’t be prescribing medication. I’m the dr I went to medical school for a long time. I know better. PA’s only go to school for 2 years. They don’t know. I asked her to run some thyroid labs and labs for my adrenal function. She said she was the dr and she will run labs that she see fit. Obviously she didn’t read my chart because I was referred to the office for a cortisol challenge. She also said to me she can tell I’m healthy just be looking at me and she really didn’t need to do labs. Well thanks for nothing Dr. Glad you went to medical school for a long time. You need to work on how you talk to your patients and fyi I’m still not feeling well. Patients can look well and still be sick. Don’t waste your money on seeing this Dr. Keep looking for a compassionate Dr that will help you find out what’s wrong with you. 😢

I was referred to this practice by my family doctor at the time for Graves Disease. Dr. Brennan was my physician and remained so until I left. The wait time was ALWAYS anywhere from 15-40 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for. If you needed to get in touch with the billing department, you could leave them many messages and most of them will not be returned. His medical assistant Angela was always wonderful and pleasant to deal with. I recall the ladies at the reception counter frequently speaking about other employees in ill regard as well as patient interactions on many occasions while I waited in the lobby. I left ultimately because I felt as if my concerns as a patient were not being heard. There were many times when I would mention things that ran in my family history (such as Thyroid Storm), that I became concerned about that were dismissed as if they weren't relevant to my treatment plan. After being informed my levels were significantly lower than they should be (which was routinely the case every six months or so after my oblation), I was asked if I was "taking my medication correctly". Once I explained how I knew that my medication was being taken each day, I was informed that he would not fill my prescription to what he "thought I needed" until we could rule out that it wasn't my error causing the deficiency in my levels. I was a patient of his since early 2017 and clearly never had any issues taking prescribed medication from him before. This was the last straw of many months to a year of frustration, countless pointless visits and running in circles. I am currently seeing another doctor with a different practice who had no issue testing my levels and correcting the dosage of my medication. I would recommend doing your research before becoming a patient with any practice and always trust your gut.
