Blue zone did an excellent job helping me navigate a rare tickbone disease called alpha-GAL. Zone Blue has been an excellent health partner for our family (adult and elementary age). Kelly has helped us with lingering gut issues by uncovering surprising food sensitivities. I was also curious about metal exposure, so we did some lab work to learn more about that. We conducted simple tests (finger prick, urine) that could be done in the comfort of our home and weren't painful or scary.
