Dr. Levenstein is by far the most caring, attentive, knowledgeable Dr when it comes to pain management. I have been in his care for many years and I felt discomfort on my last visit from the epidural injections. I was anxious and frightened of my visit today. I explained to him how I was feeling and he listened with concern. It was a totally different experience this time and I felt absolutely no pain from the injection!! I couldn't not leave a review because I want people to know how outstanding he is! He is truly a professional in his field. Also, his office staff is personable, knowledgeable and professional. There's no need to look elsewhere if you suffer from day to day pain. He is the #1 choice. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. 🥰

I went here yesterday for the first time to get seen by a nurse and I immediately walked out. I was referred by my lawyer.the girls in the office where talking among themselves laughing. One of them looked at me and looked away and continued to keep talking to her colleague. I wasn’t welcomed or greeted. I immediately walked out and have asked my lawyer to change my location. I’m big on energy and this environment feels like high school bullies. This staff is soo unprofessional and unwelcoming. If I had an office I would never want to hire this kind of staff to represent my practice.

At first I loved the practice. After multiple appointments of waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The final straw was having to wait three and a half hours for my injection. They also don’t do payment plans. If you owe 500 dollars they expect you to pay it in full and will not see you unless it is paid at that time. They don’t care if you’re out of your medication and need more. I’ve had this done to me and seen it done to others. I highly suggest Philadelphia Smart Pain & Wellness: Samuel Grodofsky MD. No long wait times and is an understanding office. Both me and my grandmother switched. This office does not care about your time or wellbeing.

I wanted to highly recommend Dr. Levinstein as a pain specialist doctor. I have been having neck pain for over a year now. I saw Dr. Levinstein a few months ago and listened to what type of pain I was having and recommended a treatment plan. I started off with 2 injections that helped and the final procedure was a cervical facet ablation phizitomy. I would have to say I no longer feel the pain I was having. I also saw Dr. Levinstein for my anxiety I deal with daily in combination of tight muscles from being tense all the time. I would have to say it was super quick and easy to apply for the medical Marijuana card with the help of Dr. Levinstein. Again I highly recommend Dr. Levinstein if your dealing with pain. Most doctors these days don’t have time to listen to you and help you deal with pain issues your having but Dr. Levinstein was very attentive and it shows he cares about his patients.
