What patients are saying

I absolutely love Resilient Human Performance. I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with workouts and find a gym where I felt comfortable and actually made progress. After trying different training styles, I found RHP last year through a friend’s recommendation—and it’s been exactly what I was looking for. The trainers take time to understand your goals and create personalized 4-week programs tailored to help you achieve them. Having coaches on the floor at all times to help with form, injury prevention, and questions makes a huge difference. The trainers are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, and the environment is welcoming and motivating. Working out has become one of my favorite parts of the week—and I even convinced my wife to join. Highly recommend!

My son started training at Resilient Human Performance to improve his overall athleticism, hoping it would carry over to baseball and the results have been incredible. I’ve watched him make significant physical improvements, and even noticed a clear difference in his swing. While those gains have been fantastic, the absolute best part has been seeing his confidence grow. He truly enjoys his workouts and looks forward to every session. Aaron, Uno, Jesus, and Nathan have created such a welcoming, positive, and fun environment that he’s always excited when it’s time to train. I can honestly say our experience at Resilient Human Performance has been transformative, and I'm so grateful for the impact they’ve had on my son both on and off the field.

My 12 year old son has made big strides in all around strength and athleticism in three months leading up to baseball season. Aaron and the other trainers have been very engaging with him and the other youth resulting in increased mental toughness. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get their middle schooler into a strength and fitness program to set the foundation for future growth and commitment.

Since starting a three-day-a-week exercise routine at Resilient Human Performance (RHP) a little over a year ago, I’ve seen a significant improvement in both my flexibility and strength. At 77 years old, the personalized attention and thoughtful programming have made all the difference—not just for me, but for everyone training alongside me. The team does an excellent job of creating structured, safe, and motivating workouts that truly help you transition from feeling sluggish to feeling active and capable. I especially appreciate the encouragement, incentives, and the genuine care they show for each individual’s progress. Aaron, Jesus, Nathan, and Uno bring humor, camaraderie, and positive energy to every session, making it a place you actually look forward to going. RHP has been a game-changer for my health and well-being, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Resilient Human Performance is hands down one of the best training environments around. Their approach to personal training is intentional, individualized, and rooted in long-term results, not quick fixes. They truly meet you where you are, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your performance to the next level. What sets them apart is their ability to train everyone. From adults focused on strength, mobility, and overall health to youth athletes developing speed, power, and confidence their coaching is professional, positive, and extremely knowledgeable. They emphasize proper movement, injury prevention, and building a strong foundation that translates into real performance gains. Their work with youth athletes is especially impressive. They create a structured, encouraging environment that helps young athletes grow not just physically, but mentally. Confidence, discipline, and work ethic are clearly part of the culture. If you’re looking for a facility that combines expertise, accountability, and a supportive community — Resilient Human Performance delivers. Highly recommend!
