I have to say that I love Dr. Mark and the idea of a functional medical doctor. We get our supplements through FMI and enjoy a big savings. Now for the not so good: upfront you get a lot of expensive blood tests and then spend a year paying them off. The blood tests are helpful but sooo expensive I have to say not worth it. Also, having a doctor in a different state was not my best idea. Now for 6 more months we continue to pay a lot per month with no care. We will think through local options when we finally finish paying off the year. Kind of wish we lived in OK😂

We love Drs. Mark and Michele Sherwood!! Seriously, I can't say enough good about them! Not only are they absolute experts in functional medicine, they are really good people. They care more about their patients than they do about their business. I have known and worked with Dr. Mark for several years. What you see is what you get! 100% real, authentic awesomeness! I completely trust him and Michele with one of my most valuable possessions… My health.

The staff at Functional Medical Institute is exceptional. Jaide Serna just helped me with a prescription. She jumped on it right away and I received it in record time. I had a question about the prescription and she answered my email the same day I sent the question to her. That is great customer service!

Dr. Mark has did a great job at helping me sleep better at night, and most critically, get rid of the long-term COVID I suffered for 4 years. He has been knowledgeable and professional on our phone visits. It's a blessing for me to not have to go in the office and can meet with Dr. Sherwood telephonically since I live so far away. His responses to my questions are prompt and helpful. The staff, especially Travis, are very nice and helpful. Travis put up with my multiple phone calls on the COVID protocol and was very knowledgeable about the program and products. Response time is quick when I call requesting a refill.
