I am so happy that I met Cindy. She has taught me so much and has been patient with me when I have had questions. I think what sets Pure Vitality apart from other similar clinics is the fact that Cindy looks at the whole picture not just a hormone level. I firmly believe she just wants all of her patients to be the best 'You'. I find the price absolutely reasonable i have looked into other clinics that will charge much more and I feel like you wouldn't get such a hands on approach as Cindy gives. Just because we're getting older does not mean we have to feel older.

Cindy, at pure vitality wellness in springfield ohio corrected my hormone imbalances. The lab work Ms Cindy did was much more thorough and in depth than I Have ever had in all my 60 + years. And the teaching and explaining of my lab values were exceptional. And the education she gave me on what she needed to prescribe and why she needed to prescribe them were so educational to me . A couple weeks later after taking my medication to replace missing hormones I feel like I did years ago. Skin and hair looking healthy again.i feel so much more alive .not foggy minded.no fatigue or depression. I feel years younger. I can't thank Cindy at pure vitality enough. I thought the rest of my life was going to be me feeling old and stiff. Well, not now. Im so so thankful this office and this highly educated woman is in my town. Also ,I must add, Cindy is so very fair with the cost of medications she prescribes for me. Not only that she also continually monitors my blood work and lab levels. She is always available by phone or text message for any questions or concerns I have. Pure vitality and Cindy restored my quality of life. Im so happy to have this wonderfully kind and exceptionally educated medical professional taking care of me. Thank you pure vitality and Cindy.

If you really want to change how you feel and be the best you can, Cindy will give you all the tools to do it. She is thoughtful and truly listens to you to understand the whole picture. She doesn't just throw possible solutions out there, she digs into your current state and wants to understand everything before giving you direction. In my case, she nailed it. It was the biggest quality of life improvement possible. I can't thank her enough. But, understand, you have to learn the process and put your side of the work in. She was able to cut costs for me since i was self pay. Give her the chance to work on something if you're cash pay. She will find a way if you find the will.

Cindy is truly a kind hearted soul! I have to say that I have never met anyone actually cares, and wants to help you achieve your weight loss goals. You can tell she loves what she does, and is reasuing to reach out to her if I had any questions or concerns along this journey! I always look forward to my appointments with her
