I have been going here for years and years. I have had a membership for years and years. I have always loved it there. Rebecca is amazing and I love her! Recently though, within this past year things have gone really downhill. First they moved their office into the gym… which is not ideal. It smells horrible and it feels really unprofessional for a doctors office. Also getting in for an appointment is insane. For years I paid for the membership because if I was sick I could usually get in the same day. If I had something else going on I could get in that week or the next. Now if I’m sick I can’t get in for 2 weeks, and anything else I have to wait over a month. I used to be able to just call in same day to come in and get some IV fluids if I wanted. Just a nurse appointment, quick and easy. Now I can never get in. The membership prices go up and the care is still great if you can get it. I’ve had to go to the minute clinic twice because I couldn’t get in for weeks when I was sick. Why pay a membership price for a concierge doctors office if it’s not concierge service anymore? It’s really disappointing.

I had developed knee pain early in the year that was really affecting my quality of life. I recently had a PRP treatment on both knees by Dr.Jacko. Three weeks in and the pain is subsiding getting better with each week. Things are looking up. Many thanks to all

I strongly advise against visiting Dr. Bailey and his team. They provide little to no time for patients, offer minimal assistance with issues, and seem more focused on internal procedures than actual patient care. Dr. Bailey frequently asked me what the next step should be instead of offering his own medical expertise, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. This office also refuses to provide direct referrals, forcing you to schedule unnecessary appointments and spend hundreds of dollars just to have a brief conversation with Dr. Bailey. Additionally, their administrative incompetence caused serious delays in my care. Last year, they failed to properly send documentation to another office, turning what should have been a two-week process into a six-month ordeal. The staff is poorly trained, difficult to reach, and experiences constant turnover, making consistency in care nearly impossible. They appear more concerned with maintaining their image than actually helping their patients. Frankly, I'm shocked this office is still operating given how inefficient and unhelpful they’ve been. Red flags everywhere—avoid at all costs.

I'm a relatively new patient, and my experience has been excellent. I appreciate being able to communicate via email for simple questions and requests without needing an appointment. Their response time is much faster than any other medical professionals I regularly interact with. Great people!

Hands down the most caring staff I have ever met in a medical facility. They took the time to understand my issues and concerns and I never felt rushed like I have at other places. The staff is friendly and welcoming and take the time to get to know you as a person as well as a patient. I really can’t say enough good things and I have been encouraging others to take advantage of their annual wellness plan. It’s an incredible value.
