I found Cenegenics by searching for a local professional who could help me figure out different health issues I have been experiencing. The process started off with a phone call and on that phone call the woman explained that I was younger than clients they normally worked with but she definitely thought I was a candidate and someone who could benefit from their program. I am 33 and have been experiencing weight gain despite exercise and diet. Along with other hormonal imbalances. I didn't want to find another doctor who would run tests, find that I was within normal ranges but not help me figure out why I wasn't feeling like myself and rapidly gaining weight. I moved forward with the $1,500 comprehensive blood draw because I felt like it was going to give us a good look at why I was feeling the way that I was and I was finally going to receive guidance and a path towards feeling well again. The blood work came back and I was at the bottom of normal range and low in some other hormones. When I had a video call with the doctor, which was not from Columbus, he said my Vitamin D levels were very low and thought it would be best for me to take a supplement. Despite everything I told him I was going through and my results, his only advice was to work harder. Now I am the type of person when told to work harder I will. Thankfully I love nutrition and learning new things. I dove deep into my results and have been taking supplements, different herbal medicines to support my hormone health and exercising differently since those results were posted in mid January. I'm starting to feel better and I'm not gaining and have actually lost a few pounds plus feel my body composition beginning to change. I say this to tell you that Cenegenics does not work with everyone and if I would have known what their approach to my results was going to be, I never would have begun testing with them. I would have went with someone else. Although I'm extremely grateful that I did the blood work and could work from those results on my own. Just thought this could be helpful for a young woman in my situation who is seeking answers. I would not recommend this program.
