What an inviting business! They greet you with a smile and make the conversation very easy. I was recommended to Optimize-U after learning that my previous provider could no longer subscribe TRT out of state. The ladies at Optimize you have been great to work with! They are able to do lab draws in house, gave me a detailed status of hormone, cholesterol, kidney, and liver function etc. With my membership we were able to address where my body is at, and set a road map for where I want to be. After my bloodwork and review they introduced me to the recovery clinic, which hosts various wellness bays. They have red light therapy, infared sauna, a cold plunge, and my new favorite thing, a cryochamber! Talk about feeling alive! Cryo feels incredible! Im happy to have a provider close to home for once, and to have so many perks that I can use weekly! Oh, and they offered rates for military, which is nice since the military refuses to recognize the benefits of hormone replacement. Anyway, 10 out of 10 must recommend! I've already sent a group chat to my golf buddies because I know they could use professional help! Thanks Optimize-U, I look forward to our continued work together!

I had a great experience here. I really like that they can do the lab draws in office and results are quick. Stacy explains things very well and plain to understand. It's crazy that they don't check this at your regular doctor! They are very open and honest about your results and do not pressure you into an immediate decision. I was able to take all the information presented to me and had time to discuss and make an informed decision about my health.

I truly cannot say enough about this amazing place! From the second I walked in I knew I was in the right place to make a difference in my life. The entire staff is welcoming and so knowledgeable. For the first time, I feel seen and heard. I’m so glad I found OptimizeU. I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me!

The staff and Stacey at Optimize U were friendly, professional, and so helpful. They immediately began my appointment the moment I walked through the door and greeted me with a smile. Stacey truly listened to me and gave me the best advice for my health. She didn’t try to talk me into spending my money, but guided me to the best options for a longer life! I’m so glad to have walked into the doors and have such an amazing experience!

Working with OptimizeU has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and well-versed. The facility is beautiful and convenient. I love using the sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, compression boots and red light therapy to look and feel my best!
