I have been going to Live Well for 2yrs now and I actually have had no complaints. Everyone is so nice and polite. The place is sanitized and clean. Dr Datanya Betts makes me feel so comfortable talking to her about my health. She’s not one of those doctors that just throw medicine at you to fix an issue she digs deeper to see what’s causing and what can be done to get better. Her message response has a quick turnaround. I’m glad to find a Dr office that makes me feel like they really care about their patients!!!

Dr Datanya Betts is by far the best PCP I have ever seen. She cares about her patients on a very personal level, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far. She's incredibly thorough, encouraging, and I am so thankful that my husband and I found her. I would recommend her to anyone!

I've been a patient at Live Well Medicine since 2023 and the doctor there, Dr Datanya Betts, is one of the best doctors that I've been treated by. She really cares about me as her patient and she does everything she can to help me and help me get the medications I really need. She specializes in weight loss and weight management so if you need help with that, this is the place to go. Her secretary is also really nice and makes me feel welcome everytime I have an appointment there.

I really tried to keep giving them chances, but I ultimately left to find another doctor after being with Live Well as a patient for awhile. After my first appointment, subsequent appointments felt very rushed. I was billed a full charge for one sick visit and they repeatedly told me my insurance had paid. I was constantly contacted about paying the full balance. I kept asking them office they were sure the balance was correct, to which the office insisted it was. Well, after getting my my insurance company involved, it was discovered the office never filed the claim. No apology or follow up, but they did correct the bill. Two referrals of mine have experienced the same, and one was told by Dr. Betts that her insurance did not cover a particular weight loss program, so she paid the full amount. Only to find out that her insurance actually does cover the medication involved with that same program. My referral felt scammed.

Datanya Betts has been my go to provider for a while now and I can thoroughly recommend her! Datanya is someone who truly cares and has a passion for helping her patients and the community. I can tell how genuine her care is because she takes the time to listen to her patients, gets to know them, and treats them with dignity. Datanya looks at the whole person and makes suggestions in collaboration with patients using a non-judgmental approach. I greatly appreciate this because I have felt judgment with some past providers, but with Datanya I always feel affirmed. If anyone is looking for healthcare at an office that has highly trained and experienced staff that treat their patients exceptionally well, definitely try Live Well Integrative Medicine!
