I had two hair transplant procedures performed by Dr. Zacco. I was very pleased with the results from my first procedure. After a few years, i started losing more of my original hair and wanted to get a second procedure done. I had my 2nd procedure about 6 months ago and thus far am very pleased with the results. Dr Zacco was realistic on what to expect and did a fantastic job during both procedures. He was honest and straightforward during the consultation unlike some of the other "hair mills' out there. He even came in the weekend to perform my procedure as well as came in during a Sunday for the follow up after the procedure. Melissa, his assistant, is also very good and helpful. She is an expert in the procedure as well. I am pleased with their services and care and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hair transplant. i am a very satisfied customer.

I am very impressed with my interactions with Dr Zacco and his staff, especially Melissa. They are absolutely amazing, understanding and very honest. I recently had my hair transplant and prior to having this performed, I had spent so much money with different options to try and get my hair to grow on my head, and nothing worked. My hair transplant with Dr Zacco is certainly looking good and I recently had my 6-month check up with him and I was able to compare pictures of what my head looked liked before my procedure to now and there is an impressive difference. I’m so happy I chose Dr Zacco. I honestly recommend him to everyone. You will also be impressed with his work just like I was. Thank you Dr Zacco :)

Dr. Zacco is a great person and an even better Doctor. I have had two procedures done. One elsewhere and one with Dr. Zacco, I can honestly say that Doctor Zacco does amazing work at a better price than his competition. His staff is like one big family and everyone there treats you like a family friend. Love my results!

I started my hair restoration journey three years ago and I couldn't be any happier with the results. Dr Zacco and his staff are beyond amazing!. After doing some research, I visited many other clinics and I never felt like they actually care for me or really understood my concerns. Dr Zacco and the Melissa actually sat down with me during the consultation. They proposed a plan and the method of hair restoration that will work best for me. During the consultation I never felt pressured to take a decision, they were very informative and explained to me what to expect from a hair restoration procedure. The procedure was painless, I felt like I was at home on a Sunday afternoon just sitting in the couch, watching Netflix. This was three years ago, the results changed my life, I feel great about myself, the results were great, natural, no one even noticed I had this procedure done, but my father and of course my barber. I just had my second procedure done last week and I cant wait to see the results. Dr Zacco and Melissa were there every single step of the way, they even made themselves available on a Sunday to see me at the clinic to make sure I was ok to go back to work, they understand the concern of every client and go above and beyond to make you happy. If you have considered hair restoration at some point, but had doubts or if you are simply afraid, please visit Dr Zacco! trust me, a simple phone call will change your life!

Do you know why most customers in the healthcare arena do not take time to write a review on their healthcare provider? The answer is quite simple! Average or below average is the grade most patients would grade their entire interaction and experience with most doctors and their staff when requiring medical care! The patient and the caregiver feel nothing more than a forgotten number and a paid co-pay. Dr. Arthur Zacco and his Office Manager extraordinaire Melissa! I have been in the health care field arena for over 20 years on the medical side, as a patient, and most recently as a caregiver for my girlfriend who is experiencing hair loss due to post-sepsis recovery. Before arriving at Dr. Zacco's office, we wasted two months chasing down and waiting for appointments with two dermatologists to address my family's life-altering challenge of hair loss. I will save you time and not even count up all the mistakes and errors that were made in communication, test results, staff incompetence etc. We were running out of options and losing hair daily. Thank God my girlfriend was smart enough to go online looking for a doctor that thought outside the box and wasn't a prisoner of Western Medicine instead looking for homeopathic alternative ways to look at our hair loss problem. From our first interaction with Melissa our initial consult, Dr. Zacco's 29 years of experience in the medical field along with his focus on antiaging / hair loss our prayers were answered. To say that this Dr. and Melissa changed our life in one physical appointment and treatment (PRP) platelet-rich plasma would be a major understatement. They ACTUALLY listened to everything we said to get them up to speed with our desperation and stomach-turning disappointment with our previous TWO dermatologists. As a caregiver, it brought great relief to me because of the thoroughness he exhibited gathering the patient history like something I have never seen before. His tailored PRP treatment approach to my girlfriend after one treatment yielded results within two weeks. The problem was subsiding the fallout of the hair loss was noticeably less (because I collected and dated it) and the hair growth process was visibly being seen. Let's just say I have a big mouth and this office's treatment of my girlfriend has left me at a loss for words (except for this review). We are going back for second treatment this week and I could care less how much the treatment costs. You can't put a price on restoring a family's happiness, peace of mind, and joy while at the same time putting an end to hopelessness, fear, anger, and sadness which is what we had to endure wasting our time with TWO dermatologists that could care less if she were bald today! If as a patient and/or a caregiver you find yourself at a crossroads with your current level of treatment or lack thereof from your healthcare provider team, call Dr. Arthur Sacco DO (Doctor of Osteopathic medicine) and get good sound advice from him and his staff that truly is out of this world!
