Been with them for a couple years. They were purchased a while back, and went through some growing pains. Nearly left but they are doing really well and the team there is fantastic and the reason for the turnaround. Gabby works in the front, helps out with clients, is a great asset to the company.

I just want to say that this low t center really understands and cares about there clients. Everytime, I come Kai greets me with a smile and mentions me by name. It make me feel like I’m special. Gabby and Skyler are always so attentive and very professional when it comes to there job. Kate always ask how I’m feeling and explains the results to where anyone could understand. She asks questions to seek to understand my health goals. I can’t say anything but this location is my favorite Low T Center. Kudos to this staff.

I’ve been going to Low T Center in Pineville, NC for about two years and it’s been a great experience every time. The team here is fantastic. Kate, Michelle, and Gabby always take great care of me and make every visit easy and comfortable. They’re professional, friendly, and truly care about their patients. If you’re considering TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy), I highly recommend Low T Pineville. The results and service speak for themselves.

Since 2025, service has declined significantly. When you call Houston, you get voice mail is full. When you call Pineville, voicemail is full. 7 times over 7 days tried to reup prescription, but system says none is available after sending notification 7 times one is available. Read reviews and got an 888 number to call. Also, to voicemail. Not satisfied at all.

I have been with Low T Center for a while now. The way they treat their customers has declined significantly. I’m very disappointed with the way they make you feel these days. It has gotten even worse since SynergyX has taken over. I have considered taking my male healthcare elsewhere.
