I am deeply impressed and truly amazed by Dr. Fuksina’s exceptional care, her warm attitude, and the way she listens with genuine attention and understanding. After such a long time, it is rare to meet a doctor who combines deep knowledge with such kindness, respect, and empathy. Her ability to connect with patients and make them feel heard and cared for is truly special. I left my visit feeling not only helped but also uplifted and reassured. Thanks to her assistant Tatiana for her gentle and attentive support, and ability to listen. Together, they create an atmosphere of trust, professionalism, and sincere compassion that makes every patient feel safe and valued. Thank you Carla as well! I am sincerely grateful for their dedication and the wonderful experience they provide.

Dr. Fuksina is a very good doctor - knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. I felt well cared for during the appointment and have no complaints about the medical care itself. Unfortunately, the front desk experience seriously detracts from the practice. The staff was disorganized, unhelpful, and came across as dismissive, which aligns with many other reviews here. Scheduling and basic communication were frustrating and unnecessary stressful. Dr. Fuksina deserves better support. The front desk needs significant improvement, if not a complete change, for this practice to truly reflect the quality of care the doctor provides.

Dr Fuksina is a very good doctor. The doctor really listens to her patients, and is understanding. Helps assist you in maintaining good health! Outstanding reputation is the reason patient load is heavy..the doctor stays booked. Try booking appointments 4-7 weeks ahead. Everyone be well♥️

Dr Fuksina herself is a good doctor. However, the front staff is awful. They do not want to do their job! If the office closes at 5pm and I call at 4:15 to ask a simple quick question and no one is picking up the phone and the time is now 4:37pm that is highly unacceptable. The front staff is lazy and does not need to be working in health care. After someone finally picks up, she says hold and transfers me to Florham Park when I work with the Newark location. If I wanted to speak to Florham Park, I would have called there first. Then, she puts on the voicemail and does not allow calls to come through. Poor poor service, the front staff is beyond awful. If I call at 4:15pm, my call should be answered and could have still been handled before 4:30pm. Lazy staff! Like I said Dr. Fuksina herself is good.
