I went to this office seeking help for shoulder pain after an injury. I received a stem cell injection followed by a PRP injection. Unfortunately, I was given no aftercare instructions for either procedure. After the second injection, I experienced issues and called the office, but I never received a callback. These procedures are not covered by insurance and are very expensive, so I expected clear aftercare guidance and at least a follow-up or response when I reached out with concerns. The lack of communication and support after treatment was disappointing.

I can't believe that this doctor has managed to start a clinic in Spirit Lake Iowa. Please look up all the lawsuits against this man before you let him treat you. They start in 1994 as far as I can find in California which is why he moved his practice to Nevada after he lost his license in California. However the lawsuits did not stop please look up everything about this man before you walk into any of the clinics that use his practices. Be aware.

Dr. Shallenberger is sincere, honest, kind and he SAVED MY LIFE. No one else had any cures when a dentist destroyed my teeth and my brain was being eaten alive by an infection caused by barry mercer. After the dentist almost ended my life, he is a TRUE HERO. His ozone and other genius methods saved me. No one else could. He has a room full of patients and we all talked about how much he was helping them. He saves lives. I love him and will always be thankful for what he did for me. He tried to help me find a good dentist too. We need more Doctors like him in the world. I cannot say enough good things about him. He knows so much. I would trust him with my life. Thank you Dr. Shallenberger!!

I completed three weeks of treatment for insulin potentiated therapy for my appendix seal cancer. Dr. Shallenberger and his entire team were incredibly professional, kind, informative, reassuring, and consistent. In my time there, I also got to meet many patients he was treating for various conditions, including cancer. Some people he had helped go into a mission for over 20 years and they were just doing follow up visits. Some people were seeing him for newer issues. There’s no guarantee of my outcome, but I will tell you that I believe in the science I believe in Dr. Shallenberger‘s competence and I believe in myself and the treatment potential.

Dr. Shallenberger will tell you he can cure you and then he will offer all kinds of injections, IV’s, ozone etc. He loves to inject ozone into your body. I had this treatment in 2016 and it made me much worse causing what I believe to be permanent damage to the tissue as my nurse got busy with another patient or simply “forgot about me” and left the ozone gas in too long…(really?!?) As well, while he is promoting his “cures”, he will also be asking you for thousands of dollars. Needless to say- “not recommended!” I wish I had never stepped foot into his office.
