I love Wellness Redefined and am so glad I made that first appointment after hearing such good things from friends. Charly has done amazing things for my body. She has resolved many of my issues that traditional medicine has not been able to. I had been told that I would just need to live with my symptoms because they could not fix them. I especially love her individualized treatment for me. No "one size fits all" here. As a member, being able to text her and not always have to make an in person appointment is important to me.

Wellness Redefined provides intelligent and thoughtful care. Charly listens to my concerns and works with me to come up with a plan that is unique to me, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I've had some significant health challenges the last few years. Thanks to Charly, I've managed my health in a way that is sustainable for both my family and me. I definitely think its worth the drive to Seward to see her and I recommend this practice to anyone who asks!
